In the heart of this nature sunbathed by a so special light, your walk is marked by information boards that deliver some of the secrets of this legendary tree. You will appreciate different views: the old town of Nyons<\/strong>, the Olivette neighbourhood<\/strong> with its colours. You can continue your visit by visiting the patrimony of Nyons: St-Vincent church, the \u201cArcade\u201d square, the vestiges of the castle…<\/p>\n

The Baronnies olive tree road is a free itinerary allowing to discover the Nyons black olive<\/strong> and its territory, by bicycle or by car, alone or with your family. Nice landscapes, olive towns and villages, olive oil mills, typical villages are identified and will guide you on this road. The olive variety conservatoire in La Valette du Var. <\/strong>La Valette du Var has always been a fruitful land. A land of flourishing agriculture, planted of vineyards and olive trees, as the numerous terraces along the hillsides testify it. Carefully restored and well-kept by the association \u201cLes Amis du Coudon<\/strong>\u201d, these terraces made in dried stones are visible on the entire conservatoire. This is the charming element<\/strong> of the place; entirely reserved to walkers, olive trees, cists and almond trees share the space. Installed on 6 ares in La Grande Cabane area, the Conservatoire<\/strong> was created in 1995<\/strong>. The place is open to everyone and widened its activity to other typical Mediterranean species. Discover the 78 olive trees and many restored constructions typical of the local patrimony<\/strong>. The access is simple: follow the white and red marks !
